부녀회 사진첩

양지리 부녀회 사진첩

The 1960s and 1970s were a time of flourishing village records. Photo albums filled with New Village projects and records of village meetings were kept in almost all villages. This was not spontaneous, but can instead be seen as a response to government censorship and rewards. The photographs are impersonal, but through them one can see the varied activities of the womens’ groups at this time.
