Activities Abroad
During the migration period of the Korean Provisional Government, the independence movement abroad was centered on the Americas. The Korean National Association and Comrade Society (Dongjihoe) were active in the Americas. Overseas Koreans supported the Korean Provisional Government financially for a long time, and established a branch of the Korean Independence Party in the Americas. There were also patriotic women’s groups, such as the Korean Women’s Patriotic Group. Korean immigrants in Mexico and Cuba also helped the Provisional Government.
